The Insect Screens (DIY) are available in standard colours of brown or white, allowing you to choose a colour that seamlessly blends with your existing decor. However, if you have a specific colour preference or want to match the screens to a particular aesthetic, we offer the option to powder coat the frames to any RAL colour. This customisation ensures that the insect screens not only serve their functional purpose but also enhance the visual appeal of your space.
- Corner keys are used to fix the frame of the insect screens together
- Lay the mesh over the back of the frame
- Place the rubber spline into the groove on the back of the frame to hold the mesh in place
- The finished screen is then placed on hinges and closed in place with turn screws

Yes we are able to supply a specially manufactured “Pet mesh” to stop any damage being caused to the mesh.
Although slide bolts and catches can be added to these screens on domestic installations they are not permitted for commercial properties due to health & safety reasons. They product is designed to stop airborne pests entering the premises rather than human intruders.
All product frames and accessories are supplied in white (RAL. 9010) and brown (RAL. 8016). Other colours are available upon request at an additional cost, please contact us for more information and your RAL. Chart colour reference code.

Our DIY insect screens are a "Do it yourself" screen kit for the domestic user.
All instructions and component parts are included to ensure the easy construction of a sturdy durable insect screen that can be hinged or held in place with simple turn buttons. The DIY insect screens can be fitted internally or externally and protects against flies, bees, wasps, midges and other flying insects.
Minimal DIY tools are required and the insect screens have a generous maximum size of 1200mm x 1200mm ensuring coverage of most domestic windows.
