The Problem
We were approached by a company who needed an installation of PVC strip curtain. They had initially approached another company to complete the work, however, shortly before the job was supposed to be completed, the company folded.
PVC strip curtains would have been an incredible benefit to the customer for temperature control as well as improving pest control in door openings. Usually, we don’t install products that aren’t ours, but we made an exception for this customer to help with the difficult situation they were in.
The Solution
As the PVC curtains had not been ordered from us, we attended the site first to perform a full survey. It was essential that we made sure that the door could definitely handle the weight of the strip curtain. The entire curtain was also examined by our experienced technicians to ensure that the new curtain would perform correctly, and that they had the correct tools to allow for an easy installation.
A couple of weeks after the survey, our technicians returned to the site to install the curtains. The installation went incredibly smoothly and the strip curtains effective for providing easy access for workers and preventing flying pests from accessing the site.
The customer was fully satisfied with the job and have since made us their go-to PVC installation company. Since this original installation, we have worked with them on 2 other jobs and are in contact with them about further jobs.
