The Problem
We were contacted by one of our suppliers on behalf of one of their VIP domestic customers. The customer required fly screens as they were having issues with flying insects when they were opening their windows in the summer months to let in fresh air.
Due to the customer being a celebrity, they were only going to be in the country for a short amount of time, this meant that there was some urgency around when their window fly screens needed to be installed.
The Solution
Our supplier sent over several photos of the window frames in question as well as the sizes that would be required. Based on this we were able to recommend the best insect screens for both their windows and skylights and provide a quote.
We were able to meet the tight time frame for the installation as one of our experienced technicians was permanently based near to the customer’s property. The insect mesh was able to prevent bugs and other flying insects from getting into their home during the summer months so that the homeowners were able to enjoy fresh air without the pests.
The customer was very happy, not just with the quality of their new fly screens, but also with the fast turnaround we were able to deliver. They were so happy, that we even received a follow up order for their guest house.
